You can change your client's phase in Legacy App to allow your client access to different tiles and sections in the app. This will also grant you control to what your client can see or access. This is also helpful for your client to make them aware of the status of their estate planning journey with you.
First you will need to access your client list by clicking the vault button on the left panel:
Clicking the Vault option will give you a list of all your current clients in the vault. You can use the "Search Bar" found in the top right corner to look for a specific client by name, or you can scroll and find the client you are working on. Click the name or the right arrow button to enter the client's main dashboard view.
In the client vault view, search for the "Client Status" tile, you will find buttons on this section. The white button will move a client back a phase, while the green button will move phase forward.

Phase 1: Intake Phase
Phase 2: Design Phase
Phase 3: Approval Phase
Phase 4: Drafting Phase
Phase 5: Signing Phase
Phase 6: Funding Phase
Note that there will be pop-up windows whenever you change the phase of your clients.
