Changing the visibility settings of your Legacy Architects account affects fields available to to the client on the INTAKE form that you will send to your contacts. To access the visibility settings, click the picture icon in the upper right corner and click the "Visibility Settings" option.

From this screen, you can pick what questions and fields are going to be visible on the intake form that you will send to your clients.

Visible on intake form? means that if you enable it, this question or field is going to be included on the intake form. If you disable it, then the question or field will be removed from the intake form.

If visible, is it a required field? means that if you enable the question or field, it will make it a required field on the intake form, and disabling it will make it optional.

ENABLED DISABLED

Note: That some fields are required fields and cannot be disabled.

Note: On these three fields, keep at least one of the questions enabled. If all the questions are disabled, these pages will appear as a blank page.

CONDITIONAL FIELDS: Having preset intake forms for single, married, with or without children isn't necessary because Legacy Architects is making use of conditional fields in the intake form. This means that if your contact answers a specific question on the intake form, some questions will no longer be asked.

In example:

If your contact is single.

The intake form will no longer ask for specific questions such as the spouse's name, address, email, etc.

If your contact answers married in "Marital Status":

The questions specific to your contact's spouse will appear.

Conditional fields apply to several other questions on the intake form.
