The most likely reason your credentials are not working is because you are unknowingly at the wrong login page.
Go to https://vault.legacyarchitects.com. You will notice two links at the top right:
The direct link to the Law Firm Login page is https://vault.legacyarchitects.com/login.
If you are the attorney logging into your law firm app, click "Law Firm Login" and you will see this page:
Note: If you are the contact or client and you are at the page above, your credentials will not work at this page and the "forgot password" feature also will not work. Please contact your attorney to provide you their unique client login link. You can also contact support at [email protected] so we can provide you your attorney's unique login link.
