My spouse/partner and I are only using one email address.

Legacy Architects™ features two separate log-ins for spouses or partners to a single client vault. Consequently, our system requires two different email addresses when creating a new contact account.

We are aware that some couples only use one email address, and in some situations, a person doesn't have an email address at all.

To create an account in these situations, do not put a tick in the box for "Add Spouse Details" on the "New Contact" page when creating your Legacy Architects™ account.

If you put a check mark on the "Add Spouse Details" box, our system will require a different email address when creating an account.

You can fill in your spouse's or partner's information on page 3 of the intake form after you create your Legacy Architects™ account. If you only use one email for both of you, leave the email field on page 3 blank.
