If your contact clicks the submit button, the intake form will lock on your contact's end and yours. Your client will have an “Edit Request” button on their end.
If they click that, you will get a notification in your e-mail. You will receive an e-mail requesting to unlock their intake form. By clicking the “Approve Unlocking Request” you will be sent to Legacy Architects™.
You can manually unlock the specific client through your Legacy Architects™ account.
Click on the tick box next to "Locked" on your contact that completed the form. You can also unlock the intake form in this manner.
