The only difference between the intake form view and the client vault view is that each view is simply a specific way of viewing the same collection of data about one contact in their contact record.
In other words, every contact has their own contact record. Couples planning together (whether married or unmarried) are meant to be one "contact" and have one contact record together.
Then depending on who is logging into the contact record (the lawyer or the contact) and the stage at which the contact is working with the lawyer, that will determine that person's view of the contact record.
Lawyers always have the client vault view of the contact record.
Contacts have the intake form view initially, and only after submitting the intake form do they have the client vault view.
The intake form view has a vertical navigation menu on the left showing all the pages of the form. This is the main indicator that the view of the contact record is in intake form mode.
The client vault view has horizontal tabs across the top showing the various groupings of related sections and fields. This is the main indicator that the view of the contact record is in client vault mode.
