The most likely reason your credentials are not working is because you are unknowingly at the wrong login page.
For law firms and attorneys, the login page will look like this:
The direct link to the Law Firm Login page is
https://www.lawfirm.app.legacyarchitects.com/login.
The direct link to the Client Login page is unique to each attorney. A client will need to get the link from their attorney. The link is also available in the initial invitation email from your attorney.
If you are the attorney logging into your law firm app, click "Law Firm Login" and you will see this page:
Note: If you are the contact or client and you are at the page above, your credentials will not work at this page and the "forgot password" feature also will not work.
If you are the contact or client, click the unique client login link that your attorney will provide for you. The login link will look something like this:
