Here is a step-by-step guide on how our drafters edit the Excel Export of Legacy App for Printing:

Edits in Microsoft Excel Export for Printing

Once you have exported the Excel Document from the Legacy App, a few edits to make the document more print friendly are as follows:

1. Click the Select all cells and change the font size to 14

2. With all the cells still highlighted, right click Column A and select “Column Width…”

3. Change Column width to 30 and select 'OK'

4. Select the row where the first type of asset appears and highlight all rows below that contain text

5. Once highlighted, click "Wrap Text"

6. Click "Page Layout"

7. Select "Margins"

8. Change to 'Narrow'

9. Select "Orientation"

10. Change to Landscape

11. Click the down arrow next to "Width:" and select "1 page"
